I bring a BR down each night and it's based upon 100 minimum bets.

Each bet is then 1/100 of the BR and if I'm having a horrible night I will have to skip every other hand/spin since I can't bet less than table minimums but I stay with 1/100 BR over ALL hands/spins.  This forces me to slow down automatically.

For me to lose all 100 bets would be impossible in 6 hours of playing - if I lost 75% then I can only bet once every 4 hands/spins.

I pay attention to Lady Luck she guides me at the casino.....
