On an American Wheel with 0 at Noon and 00 at 6PM the wheel can be divided into 9,6,4,3 sectors as folows

My question is this - if you wait until  1 sector hasn't hit and then bet that using a progression should you bet the 4#, 6#, 9# or 12# section of the wheel AND should you bet or leave out the zeros?

As it would alter the progression, I'd suggest not to bet them.

Also, I wouldn't suggest betting on a sleeping section; rather wait for the section to hit, then enter ("Waker" concept). And of course, do not get stubborn. If something is erratic, better to not back it up blindly.

things can sleep for very long time indeed. I was playing live online casino yesterday and the 1 numbers. 1.11.21.31 did not appear for 150 spins. so thinking they should come out every 9 spins. they really fall asleep. I not entirely sure how you work out the s.d. but anyhow it is -16 what the average would be. It would be enough to wipe out most people if they encounter -16 on any bet selection. but then following blind a fixed bet is crazy. Well the 1 numbers were missing the 5 and 6 numbers were coming out like crazy. then it came a long run of 4 and 7 numbers. I not bet just numbers anyway but just warning about backing numbers that are sleeping. so later when I log back on and watching out come following. 11.21.11.31.1. 5 in row. so many time you see when a set of number sleeping for long time that it then come to live.
A word of WARNING here is needed. sometime the wheel trick you and maybe a 1 number come out and then you start betting it and it go to sleep again.  then it can sleep for very long time again. If it was me playing I would place one bet when it appears after sleeping and hope to catch it for a few. If it does not repeat or maybe come up on second or third spin then I would leave it and wait for it to appear again before I start betting and play with this approach. becaus you also have to think that it could be one of them day where this set of numbers is just going to be really cold. I used to try and find way for beating roulette with hot and cold numbers and I have seen many day where after 300-400 spin a group of number and even two group of number can be really low and be behind like -10 from the norm that they should appear. thanks.
