has anyone played at betphoenix i think its called? are they legit? do they payout?

Just had a quick look at the website & have made the following observations.....
1. It's a sportsbook as well so should be legit
2. based in Costa Rica :( Think that one of the countries that casinomeister says be careful with
3. Strange limits on the live roulette, 1$-10$ inside 1$-5000$ outside ???
4. I haven't joined up so know idea if they payout ok.....

Stay far away. The "live" wheel is rigged and they don't payout. Lost 300 units.

Basically there are no rules, no one is responsible. No management. When I call in I don't get straight answers. "The person managing my account is not available."--is their standard answer.
One more thing, when I deposited my money (which includes giving your routing number and checking account number-which I don't like), the guy (Vitali) chuckled mischievously like he knew something I didn't.
