I've registered at joyland about a week ago.
I requested no bonus and in reply they said that no bnous will be given to my account.
I've deposited 20 quid and what happens? I'm getting another 20 quid in bonus.
So I don't wager and send another email to the support team. In the second reply I again read that the bonus will be taken off and no wagering limit to fulfil before cashing out.

I've read there are some documents they request before cashing out, so I made small cash out (5gbp) and it's all accepted, but today I've received an email
saying that the withdraw was blocked as I didn't fulfil the wagering limit!

I've written another mail to support with attachment of the 2 previous mails... We'll see what happens, but it's quite annoying.

I'll report how it went.

I notice this "will be taken off" part.

I suppose this may be another online casino "trick" as it is a standard practice among every online casino when you request no bonus: YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY TAKE OUT THE BONUS ENTIRELY BEFORE BETTING. If you wager one cent prior having the bonus removed, they have grounds to say you have accepted their bonus to bet and must fulfill wager requirements. (which in some form is true, the said they will remove it, but until then, that extra money in your account is bonus money subject to their terms).

Remember bonuses are there to LOCK your bankroll from withdrawal and force you to wager slots, so they can have as much degree of certainty as possible for them you won't be able to take your money out. This is why the very first thing to do PIOR TO DEPOSITING is to turn your account into a no-bonus one. You must state you don't want sign-up bonus nor any other bonus ever (if you don't state this, they may swipe you a promotional bonus of any kind to your bankroll later, you wager 1 cent with this bonus, and according to them you have just "said yes" and agreed to fulfill wagering requirements on slots before you can withdraw).

Contacting support and stating clearly you want turning your account into a no-bonus account is the very first step for the conscious online bettor after registering to play for real. Remember who we are dealing with. Casinos like to appear as if they were players' best friend, but are they? They easily could be saying: your account has been blocked from receiving [highlight]FURTHER[/highlight] bonuses, but you have accepted the ones on the account already.

Please check their terms. After being burned by bonuses' bankroll-locking in the past, pissed-off players turn their new accounts into no-bonus accounts first thing PRIOR TO DEPOSITING. The 'X' happens a fair bit on joyland and it usually happens when the ball doesn't do 3 full rotations before hitting the numbers(a casino requirement).
The £10 marker I believe is valid for a spread or one bet but max per spin.

You can spread min & max on various locations, but you can't neither bet less than the table min. nor go past table max for your bet to be accepted.

At your image of joyland there is many tables with many limits. When I log in I see only 0,10-10gbp and 0,50-50gbp.
Does it mean joyland doesn't have any more those other kinds of tables or is it because I have only 30gbp on my account?
