Hi! I'm new! Both to the forum and live roulette. ;D

I've just joined a casino and they offer a sign-up bonus and I've been asking questions about it and this is one reply I got:

'You are automatically entered in for the sign up bonus, but you do not receive the bonus until you have met the conditions for it (you have to play through 40 times your initial deposit of up to £100) and when you have received the bonus it is totally without restriction - you are free to withdraw it or use it to play. The bonus incentive in no way affects playing our games at Supercasino.'

This is different from what I'm used to; usually you get given the bonus straight away and can play with that, this time you play using your own money and after you've met the wagering requirements you get the bonus money.

I'm not sure if that is good or bad!  ;D

Do you think I should try to cancel the bonus?

Can someone please tell me how you go about doing that which casinos allow it?

Thank-you!

Call the casino.

Tell them to remove all bonuses from your account and never add a dollar without your permission.  Bella Vegas will do that.  They did it for me.

The rules change at their whim.  If you get enough of their money, you'll have to slay Goliath with a rubber band and a green pea to get your money.

Not to accept!

Casinos made bonuses as a way to lock your buy-in, usually they make you play senseless slots as the only way to meet the wagering requirements.

Never take bonuses!

Thanks all!

So, an email or a phone call to the casino should suffice?

What exactly should I say to them? I want to make it nice and clear for them.  ;D

Have any of you had any trouble cancelling bonuses with SuperCasino?

if your talking supercasino (nolinks.liveroulette.com) take it because they let you take your own money and what you have won minus the bonus they gave you eg, i deposited 80 and they gave me 80, so i had 160, i played and got to 250 then withdrew, i recieved 170 because they took the bonus back, the bonus money just gives you more money to play with, im not sure about other casinos but i had no problems with supercasino with the bonus and recieved my money in 4 working days

There should be a "Live Chat" section where you can type to a casino rep.  You can ask them specifically does the bonushave a "playthrough" requirement.  If you play roulette they (if it is allowed), may only count 2% of your total wagers toward the playthrough requirement. (i.e. $100 deposit may require $75,000 in total wagers)
