Something worth looking at
I have Highs and Lows in matrix 3 wide.
If there are more Lows in the above line, bet 3 times for High 1,2,4
If there are more Highs in the above line, bet 3 times for Low 1,2,4
Never go further than that with progression. Zero counted as a loss.
I like it because even in this instance
HHL 2 highs, so bet 3 times on low
HHL you lost the first 2 bets, but won the third and actually go +1 up because of the progression.

What do you suggest for the win/loss ratio = quit you decide upon before commencing?

Hi col,
More testing will decide for us when to exit either up or down.
Initial thoughts maybe at +10 or -20? I guess a lot of it is personal preference too
Maybe you could post a matrix and see how it fares? Cheers mate
BW
My gut tells me the acceptable loss percentage should only be slightlly higher than the desired profit percentage.
Personally, I would check the win/loss ratio after every bet. eg if you win your very first bet (win 100%/loss 0%) quit and start a new session. Why risk two LL's putting you in the negative? Don't give back profits!
I would choose if a win percentage ever equals or is greater than 60% (eg win 60%/ loss 40%) then = QUIT
and
If a loss percentage ever reaches 70% (eg win 30%/ loss 70%) then = QUIT
and always check the percentages after every bet, then decide whether to quit or play on based on your percentages guidelines!
Yes, your right col. Definately play it spin by spin, and quit when you feel comfortable.
Doing some more testing and I'm actually really liking this. Especially the fact that the downturns seem to be minimal.

***********Especially the fact that the downturns seem to be minimal.****************
Knowing when to quit when you are 'down and out' is actually more important than knowing when to quit when you are 'up and flying'
You might get on the LLL bus and think it has to stop at any moment. Before you know it you realise you are on an LLLLLLLLLL bus and you didn't get off 7 stops back when you should have! No coming back from that, especially if you are using a big 7 step progression. Every bet is always 50/50 (don't give me that 48/48 green goblin talk) If you get 3 LLL's in a row then quit and start a new session or just start 'free spinning' until a W comes along.
I look forward to more test results. Keep up the good work
What I like about this method is that you only ever bet 1,2,4 with every line, so there's no danger of spiralling out of control.
Its really simple. More testing to follow

Usually simple = better, in my (limited) experience. I look forward to more test results

BW, I recommend a 1-2-2 rather than 1-2-4, but it's your choice. Or test both and compare? 1-2-2 doesn't sound logically more sensible but just try it.
What about adding a different EC as an alternative to H/L when it's on a losing streak? When you get two losses with H/L take over with a different EC? Just a suggestion.......

1,2,2 would be less aggressive. I'm waiting for the streaks of losses before altering. If this holds up, then using the other EC would be great.

Still trying to find a horror session with this. However, this was the toughest so far and only pulled clear with the last 2 lines!

The test with the -21, did you retest it with only the 1-2-2?
Forgot to mention, with the 1-2-2 you stop after any win and 'free spin' to complete the line of 3 bets
I think when a zero hits it messes up and disqualifies the whole H or L selection ethos. The three spins below should be 'free spins'
eg
H0H <--------- means
FFF (F = 'free spin')
Hi col, thanks for the great suggestions
I dont have time at the moment to test with other progression, but will try to fit it in. Do you want to give it a go?
BW
And here comes the expected crash (a little extreme) 2 lots of 9 repeats of a high/low really ran this ragged, but we are still in the game and it will be interesting to see if this is as bad as it gets. Let's hope so
Remember this is an EC system, betting EVERY spin and never goes over 1,2,4

Where it says 'FFF' you still have to obviously note the actual spins down (eg HLH) to know how to bet properly on the following 3 spins (eg to know to bet on H or L)
BW, have you thought about going with repeats rather than opposites?
eg
HHL <--------- instead of L for next 3 spins bet on H?
After a zero hits, whenever it hits, 'free spin' to the end of the line below
eg
0FF
FFF
OR
H0F
FFF
OR
HL0
FFF

What I mean is, why is that particular line FFF?
I haven't tried going with the repeats, I just decided to go with opposites. Need a couple more people on board to test with the couple of variations.
BW
ah right, got it, just seen your post above.
Seems to work nicely in that particular sample
In my opinion a 0 hitting invalidates the integrity of the betting ethos (eg HHL so L for next 3 bets, that's the same as saying H0L, next 3 bets on H)
'free spinning' negates that.
Yes you are right, I have just been betting on the line above the zero line, which wasn't ideal.
Thanks
Have you thought of switching from opposites to repeats? (eg HHL now means next 3 spins on H)
What about introducing a switch to RB or EO after 2 losses?
It means you need to track all 3 EC's all the time
eg
HHL
can be
REH BOH ROL etc
I did not understand the method

So are you playing the first two bets and if you win them both you don't play the third one? I stop on any win and BW likes to play every bet. Maybe aiming to win first two bets and if do then = quit is a third possible option?
Buffalowizard:I prefer the EC systems. They are simply and easy to play.It is not so difficult to program it in excel. You can test many larger samples in a second. Then you will find it is a dangerous system.Basically it is a Martigale system with a stop after three no-hits.I agree this will reduce the risk ,but on the long run you will bust.
I advice you to study my excelprogram for SSB martingale also for High and Low.You can download the program somewhere on the forum.
schoen,
You are right of course. This system does not hold up for thousands of spins.
It's enjoyable to play though and the progression stops at 4, or 2 depending on your choice, so no worry about blowing your savings.
