Who are the best roulette dealers?

This question in NO WAY is meant to be racial or gender bias, this is not a rude question in any form. Ok, I got my disclaimer out of the way. What do I mean by the "best"? Fast, accurate paying, knowledge of the game etc. My OPINION.......black females are the best roulette dealers. White males coming in second. Black males and white females, TIE. If you dont like this question....dont answer, real simple. I'm only looking for your OPINION based on your casino experiences.  Ken

To me the best dealers are those who spin the ball fast, spin the wheel rather slowly, pay out accurately, and are always polite and consistent with their performance regardless of whether you win or lose.

I found that these are mostly experienced 25-40 years old female dealers.
