I noticed at the beginning of this thread, you asked if anybody else knew of any other examples of "event betting".  There is one that I always bet on (even though I know it would eventually cost me my BR) and this is this:

Anytime I see only 2 different numbers in the last 3 spins, like this:

Spin 1: 22            Spin 1: 17          Spin 1: 5
Spin 2: 18   or       Spin 2: 17   or    Spin 2: 4
Spin 3: 22            Spin 3: 6            Spin 3: 4

I bet on those two numbers.  I don't play this with any sort of progression or anything.  I don't even keep track of how many times I've bet on it without a win.  It's just hat if I see it happen while I'm playing whatever it is I happen to be playing at the wheel at the time, I bet those two numbers.  Eventually, you'll see only 2 numbers come out in 4 spins.  Keep on eye out on the wheel next time you're playing.  You'll probably see it happen.

I made an RXtreme file for this system a long time ago.  I just never uploaded it until now.  It qualifies as "event betting" because the event of only 2 numbers coming out in 4 spins will happen.  That is a guarantee...you just don't know when....unfortunately.
