Title: How many of you are full time ?
Post by: Guillotine on November 15, 2007, 03:57:46 PM
Was just wondering how many of you class the roulette table as your full time job, i personally would like to see this becoming a way of making some good money, and having read your topics on the old forums im just starting to make a little money.

Ive had a good couple of days on the wheel and now im waiting for a slump of luck, but up to now its going good :)

Keep up the goodd work :P

I'm on and off from "full time" (I name it "PRO" times). It depends on how well positioned I am with any other income source.

By the way, when I'm only having roulette as income I go extra-extra-careful with my bets and don't really care about waiting in virtual a lot for what I think are the best moments to bet.

When I'm not eating from the wheel I notice myself more "daring" and engaged in a more agressive play. Or even "relaxing" sessions with a postitive progression using a small bankroll.

Hey mate, I'm very glad you are doing fine so far. Just remember what Lanky says. Before thinking in making BIG money, you have to start making little money.

Slow and steady wins the race.
Victor.

Thanks for the reply, ive had my first initial loss tonight, i was up £100 for the day and i lost £80 of that in the space of 10mins, however with the slow and steady advice and only betting in low amounts i scraped back to £50 up on the day.

The worst thing i have found is deciding when to cut your losses with progresion betting. (any advice welcome :) )

However i logged out the the Roulette and will start fresh tomorrow :)

Where are you with the percentages game?

How much % of your bank do you want to make per session?

Like a said, steady small profits beats one timers, lottery-like wins.

For instance LANKY, he looks for 2/3% return on his 2000-unit bank and has earned about 150% of initial invesment over time. i.e. he started with 2000 units and is now around 5000, (scrapping the +3000 net profit line)

Let us know.

Well im studying for a degree in engineering (mechatronics) and hoping to major is electrical engineering as well.

Now most people in this situation take up jobs etc to cover for the cost - but i play roulette (why work when you can apply even simple maths and win  ::) )

And even once i get my degree (which hopefully will happen) i will still play roulette - why because its fun  ;D and rewarding if you know what your doing  [smiley=grin.gif]

Of course.... forgot the small print  ::)

"If you know what your doing" - LOL

Yea too many people walk to a roulette table and go oh yea ill spin up some money with this in mind "I'll probably would get lucky" and then end up walking off after investing in the casinos roulette fund :D
