wheel patterns and occurence

hi  all I  would  like to  know   what is the  real  for  wheel  patterns  ocurence  which  patterns  are  basics  plus  how  to  learn   this.  my  deduction   come  from  begining  learning  since  im   able  catch  splits  from  3  times  trying  have  hit anytime when  I see  table can say  consistently   splits  like   9 11   5 8   31 29    16 17  16    9 8 11    im  not  using them  for  now  this  is  the last  thing   when  situation  go  bad  but I  try to  understand  this  when  this  start  happened  and  why???  if  someone  can  give  me  detailed   explanation  i  will  be very  happy  thank  you  all..
