street catch up

hi all I have recently downloaded R.X.

I would like to ask if anyone can help me code this type of play to put me out of misery as I think it could be a good idea for a consistant bet to place with positive progression.

-- to play a positve progression on a street it should of

1. hit only 1 time or never hit in 36 spins.
2. then hit 2 times within 12 spins.
3. once street has passed the rules for step1 and step2 we play 1 unit on this street until it hits then we place 2 units on this street...positive progression.(if the street sleeps for 8 spins we take bets of this street)
