I am advising players to avoid the wiliam hill casino club roulette.  The reasons are that they don't give you enough time to place the bets plus they take forever to pay out.   They have made it hard to win these days because they don't give you enough time to place the bets.  I rate this casino 2 out of ten .  The low stakes tables are to be avoided as the only chips at low stakes are 10p then the next chip value up is £1 which makes playing progressions close to impossible on low value chips.  Ideally a 20p and 50p chip value is needed to play progressions with enough time to bet.  There simply is not enough time to place the bets with the 10p chips. Avoid william hill like the plague........

Whilst not wh casino - eurogrand which is owned by wh - are also not to be trusted.  I recently made a withdrawal request and they decided I could not withdraw because I had taken a bonus - which I had not.  Even before I had chance to complain to them I got an e mail to say this had been done in error and to submit a new withdrawal request.  Effectively this gives them at least another 5 WORKING DAYS with my money to gain interest.  It will now be at least 14 REAL days before I get my money.   - In contrast, today I withdrew £60 from Dublinbet and it was in my account within 4 hours.

Alot of live casinos don't give you much time... its unfortunate... As I'm a roulette bot coder, I generally use a bot to place the bets in a few seconds.

Pound maker you must understand the golden rule of on line roulette = NEVER EVER TAKE A BONUS NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE BONUS. The vast amount of problems is caused by accepting bonus's.  I put £25 in one on line casino and they gave me £100 on top of my £25 to play with , now it's real tempting to accept this juicy bonus but you must resist and tell the casino to take your bonus money away before you even make a single bet. I told the casino i don't want bonus money like i do with all casino's because your winnings are not your own until you have wagered insane amount of money.

Thanks for that, but if you re read my post you will see that I DIDNT take a bonus - my point was that they said I had taken a bonus "in error" - giving them longer to hold on to my money. Basically agreeing with part of your original post.

Cheers

Kingspin, did they finally pay u everything? And did they keep cheating when u get a winning number after progression?

tj5566

personally never had a problem with bill hill, always paid out in good time, in fact i use them now more than ever, maybe because i'm winning  :sarcastic:

iggiv

which william hill? i think there 2 of them, on in microgaming, another in playtech?

Kingspin

The playtech one is the one i don't recommend. This casino takes ages to pay out and often want photographs of your credit /debit cards which is annoying.

iggiv

that's OK with me, King. well, not creditcard, but prooof of your residence on the address. bank statement is OK, driver licence is ok, stuff like this. as soon as they don't cheat i can live with that

It may be annoying but it's a good sign!  That means you're taking money OUT of the casino and they want to make sure it's really YOU they're paying.

I've had to do the same thing when I requested my first payout.  Actually I did all the paperwork when I signed up so there was no delay when I finally did request a payout.
