Title: Reputable casinos to try....?
Post by: Mulpsy on January 06, 2010, 08:36:51 PM
Hey guys. . . . first post but have been reading systems for the last 6 months.  Now Im ready to try with real money!

Im trying to find a decent casino that has 10c bets, the free spin, is easy to get rid of the deposit bonus and pays out to neteller or visa without too many hassles.  Oh yeah, Im not in the US so I dont have the problems that those guys get! Ive played a LOT of poker online and its pretty easy to get payouts but roulette casinos seem to make it really difficult.

Ive signed up to a few Playtech sites and practiced with play money, but when I ask about withdrawing when only playing roulette, or not recieving the deposit bonus they go all quiet and dont answer for some reason. . . . . But they are very helpful about depositing!

Ive also tried Dublinbet - dosn't have the free spin, and Betvoyeger - for some reason it says my session has expired and wont let me in :-(

Any other reputable sites that I could try? Or am I asking too much with my list of wants?

Thanks for any help!

Thanks for the fast reply Marvin - Ill give Betvoyager another go.

Ive downloaded Joyland and William Hill but im a bit anti them as they are Playtech casinos.  I spent a lot of time playing with practice money at Europa Casino and Titan - both Playtech also.  When i asked at both those sites about withdrawing when only playing roulette neither would answer so Ive bagged them altogether as un-trustworthy.  Ive assumed they are all the same company with different names as they all look the same and seem to have the same attitude. . . . . maybe its just the software they all use and Im wrong?

Yes it's just the same software/video feed which are developed by Playtech, many online casino companies use their software.

So you're dealing with the casino company (which includes the support desk and the financial department which handles transactions), not the software developer (Playtech).

However, you can still find different online casinos owned by the same company. For example Joyland and Eurogrand are now owned by William Hill, I think.

Regarding William Hill, they have another version of their casino which doesn't use Playtech software. You may find it here:

Hi Guys

New to the forum, but been involved in the online casino industry for many years.

My advice re reputable casinos is always go with the majors (Exchange listed / Mkt cap in the tens of millions / many tens of millions invested in brand) as they have too much to lose from bad publicity.

Most live casinos run on one of a handful of platforms, so your game range/stream quality/interface look and feel etc choice is reasonably limited.   If you like Playtech live games (arguably the biggest range presently) then go with the likes of:
- William Hill Casino Club (Euro dealer room / owned by William Hill Plc/Playtech JV)
- Eurogrand (as above)
- 21 Nova (as above but stream from Playtech's Asian dealer room)
- bet365 (Asian stream, one of UK's largest private companies)
- betfred (just changed to Euro dealer stream)

There are a bunch of big brands now running Evolution Gaming's software which looks great. . .
- Unibet
- Blue Square
- 888
- Victor Chandler
- Expekt
- Ladbrokes (just adopted last month)
- GalaCoral

And if you like the 'real casino' stream, ie games from Dublin's Fitzwilliam Card Club, you're stuck with the much smaller Vuetec owned or licensed casinos like Dublinbet, Lucky Live etc.

Of course the above advice kind of falls down for US players, since none of the majors play in the US market post UIGEA.   But for the rest of us playing at dodgy-brothers-great-online-casino. com is just stupid when these other options exist.

cheers
