Title: Patman's EC's
Post by: patman on February 14, 2008, 02:06:27 PM
Hello guys,

I am an old member from the old forum...It's my first post in here...
I would like to share with you a system I've been using for a while now
with success for the moment, applying repeating EC's and zigzags at the same time.

It's simple to play, abit more difficult to explain...OK...I'll try

1)You make 5 different columns :
  Spin---Repeat EC----ZigZag EC---SubTotal---Total

2)You write down the EC spin that came in column "Spin"
In my example below I'll use Red and  Black...so B or R

3)From the second spin you wright down in columns  "Repeat" and " Zigzag" a "+" or a "-"

4)I use a sort of reversed d'Alembert progression  in both "Repeat" and "Zigzags" columns at the same time.So on a win add unit and on alose decrease a unit .

5)In "subtotal" you write the unit total of the spin and "total" the unit total of all spins.

This is how I play it :

Spin---Repeat EC----ZigZag EC---SubTotal---Total

1)  B
2)  B     +1               -1
3)  B     +2               -1                +1            +1
4)  R     - 3               +1               -2              -1
5)  R     +2               -2                0               -1
6)  B     - 3               +1               -2              -3
7)  R     - 2               +2                0              -3
8)  B     - 1               +3               +2             -1
9)  R     - 1               +4               +3             +2
10)B     - 1               +5               +4             +6

and so on...

Now...if you guys want to test it on longer spins...please let me know the results...
And please tell me if you have a suggestion on stop -loss or other progressions? Maybe a pluscoup?
I made tests on few Hamburg days... When tere's a drawdown I always manage to recuperate and
even to make profits.

Sorry for my English... I hope you understand what I mean...

Patman...

Not bad idea , Patman and your explanation is good. It could work in many cases. The O.G. progression could be effective too. I will try it and give you the results. I played long time ago similar system but I played only one side, which came more times - zig zags or streaks. Only if they equalize it brings trouble. It must be an escart game. You can bet only the difference it save you money when zero comes - it's called differential betting.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Hermes,

thanks for the reply and for the advices... Hope the results on your tests  will be positive!
Will test it more in hamburg spins.

By the way... What is OG progression? Thanks,

Greetings

Pat, the same as pluscoup but I don't like the name because it comes from the crazy win-maxx WS.  O.G. = Oscar Grind = Pluscoup
What you mean positive - HIV positive? Positively, something comes out, we will see.

Hi Pat,
Nothing new came up. It will work if you catch an escart e.g. 25 Black and 10 Red or 30 series and 15 chops. Than the Win + 1 chip and Loss - 1 chip is OK but when balance comes you are lost. You have to change the tactics at balance game = Win - 1 chip and Loss + 1chip.
e.g 15 Blacks and 13 Reds, or 26 series and 25 chops. They go shoulder by shoulder = balance game.
Bet always only the difference, it will save you a lot of bankroll when zero comes.
e.g
+6 black -3 red,   bet 3 chips on black if you play escart game, or 3 chips on red if you play balance game.
