For 9 numbers bet you have to wait 17 spins and the 9 sleepers have to be a tight neighbors (not many hits between them, best no hit at all). The less numbers you bet the less probability of win. I got an excellent results betting 12 numbers after at least 12 spins. I got a good results with betting 18 numbers after 10 spins. I wouldn't go under betting less than 10 numbers.
The sleepers you bet cannot be scattered around the wheel. Only if the KFC software can do that it is a good help for Raindrop.

Let's say you wait for 9 spins (12 hermes) then you start betting the 9 (or 12) cold sector numbers.
Do you keep on charging every number spun or restart new 9 spins after a hit?
I mean do you play continually?

Iceberg, after 12 spins you look for hole of 12 numbers on the wheel if you bet 12 numbers, if 9 #s you have to wait at least 17 spins before bet. After win you reset and wait another 12 spins before bet. In land casino it is better to play on full table because you need at least 3 minutes to decide which ones and put the bets. Later it takes much less but in hurry we always make mistakes. Practice at home. Online betting is easy because of pushing the rebet and ad to every number a unit, not the same in land casino!
Important message: It doesn't have to be always hole without any numbers but look for the part on the wheel where is the most poor hitting section (most uneven distribution). I never bet the numbers which polluted the hole already. I bet only the sleepers in the holes.
John includes the few numbers fallen in the hole in the chosen team to bet.
