Title: the best bet selection
Post by: beretta28 on January 03, 2011, 09:31:17 AM
The best bet selection is,in my opinion, the following one.

In 100 spins,it's impossible for a player,betting on EC's,to win LESS than 22 spins(Marigny ratio,standard deviation,etc).

A win goal of 5 units in 100 spins is acceptable,at least for me!

Can someone suggest, invent or establish a progression that could guarantee a win, with the assumption above?

Of course we must find out a formula that includes number of spins(100),sure Wins(22),sure losses(78) and win goal(5 units). This is of course the worst case!

If someone can find the solution,we'll have the HG!

Warning: risk of very high bets in negative period! But I think that a way exists for avoiding this danger too!!

in my opinion this is impossible. as you do not know when the winning spins will happen.

True.
Even with a progression you can suffer 78 losses in a row (and the 22 wins come in the next spins)

You are both wrong.
The system exists, invented by a french scientist in 1995,that is still a professor in a  Paris University
The only problem:in some bad situations you must play up to 1000 units, thats is allowed only in a few casinos in Europe(Montecarlo for example).
And in addition you win  only 1 unit every 25 real played  spins in average.Very low yield!
Try to reflect and give me a solution(It's complicated, but at least give me some principles) and in a few days I'll give you all the references of this system/study that is not plushised any more.

well, why then not rely on the circumstance that in 100 spins of betting the even chances, a single each even chance must appear at least 40 times. wouldn't that be safer?  :scratch_ones_head:

Very clever comment!!!Congratulations!

You are on the good way for a partial solution!!

You underestimated my statement in a previous post :  "THIS IS  OF COURSE THE WORST CASE"".....

Beretta 28: I advice you to download my Shoeshineboy (SSB) program. You can find it on several places on the forum.
The Holy Grail doesn`t excised.A strategy combined with a good system can be successful played by a skill player.

so maybe we need someting that establishes a ratio between 60/40 and the results of our actual spins?

let's say for example we only bet on red and at spin 22 we have reached a result of 15B and 7R. so we would need someting that links the 60/40 to our 15/7?

just some brainstorming of mine ....
