Are rng rigged?

The reason I ask is because I've been working on a strategy based on repeat numbers and at one casino I win all the time (well have won every one of my last 25 trips) and at the other I have lost everyone of my 10 attempts there. 

The casino where I win all the time has quite a high percentage of repeat numbers and the one where I lose all the time seems to always have a high rate of unique numbers per 37 spins.

I still only ever play in free play mode but the discrepencies between the two casinos seems quite suspicious.  The one where I lose all the time always seems to start off with at least 25 unique numbers before showing any repeaters!

Due  to  a long distance drive  to  regular B & M casinos  ( 275 miles , 165 miles , or  97 miles ) the closest casino  in the area   is a racino with a section of RNG roulette terminals .

For what it`s worth I  ignore numbers altogether  and just concentrate   on  colors.To be   more specific I  have chosen   Black as the dominant.

You can really spot a pattern and exploit the  game  that way.  Just to give  you another take  on the game.

I dontknow if all rng is rigged but i have a similar system and have won all the time in a session, but i know when hit numbers will be likely more to hit or new numbers will likely hit, i use a patern base system to tell me.

after your spins track a few more spins and if it looks like new numbers are coming through more then bet on the numbers that dont show up from your first spin cycle and vice versa.

i play online roulette and win all the time, ( i do lose in a session but i mean i always make a profit from every session.
