For sure you are safer with very small bankroll! It makes many losing bets. Hit rate around 50/50. Better after double, hit rate 80% but bet the last 2 dozens! Eg.

1 next spin bet 1/3 dozen (not 2/3) this strategy is better even for 3 and higher streaks.  Must have good progression like Leveller otherwise burned fingers and face green.
I am not sure what are the 4 stars there for?

Betting 1/3 totally goes against this system and your not waiting for three plus repeats, in your examples you only show two.

Answer to question 1

Yes like I said,

Wait for a dozen to repeat 3 or more times in a row.

So if it repeats 3,4,5,6,7,8 or even 9 times in a row this counts.


Answer to question 2

Wait for it to lose once before you start betting.

This means if you would like to play even safer than just going for the first opportunity
to bet, wait for it to lose once, as in repeats on a dozen then jumping to another and hitting
two or more times which would have resulted in a loss.  So you would then wait for another
set of repeats before you start your first bet.

Wait for a loss if your playing the safer way.

Of course it will mean missing some wins but it's just a safer way to play.
