You need to look at both sides of the coin. There are a lot of new people come here and get jumped on right away.
Fair enough, some of us 'older heads' have seen a lot but I always think how many lurkers they are out there who will NEVER post here because of some of the grief the 'newbies' get. I look at them as lost opportunities to maybe learn something.
