Procedure: On the newest repeater number, play that number and a neighbor on each side for up to four spins, flat-betting.  Win or lose restart system.

Example: Numbers coming in...#4(oldest), #31, #14, #0, #5, #17, #31(newest number)*(t)
Bet #14,#31,#9 for up to four spins (Euro Wheel)

or #19,#31,#18 (American Wheel) for up to four spins.

Progression suggestion: "Up as you win"--after a hit, increase bet one unit on all numbers for up to four spins.  If four consecutive bets miss, lessen by two units per number.

Bankroll suggestion: 500 per one unit bet.

Win-Target/Stop-Loss: +20%/-30% of original bankroll.

no range, just as long as the newest spun number is a repeater number since you started the current session.

Example: 3,23,13,16,14,0,35,2,24,18,19,8,10,32,1,9,11,31,30,11,3

So you next play for up to four spins would be 35,3,26 (Euro Wheel) or

24,3,15 (American Wheel) for up to four spins.

So basically once you have the repeated number you bet based on your instructions 4 spins.

1. While you bet the 3 numbers for 4 spins. Once you hit within the 4 spins let say on the second spin, the session is over? You
     start all over again tracking a repeated number. Is that correct?

2. In terms of Money Management - What is your winning target in units. What is your stop/loss in units?

1.  Correct, after hitting or after four misses in a row, end session.  New session=waiting 20 spins before tracking or change wheel or dealer.

2.  Bankroll suggestion: 500 per one unit bet.

Win-Target/Stop-Loss: +20%/-30% of original bankroll.

If you must play on the same wheel with the same dealer I would suggest waiting 20 spins (or 30 minutes--take a rest break) between sessions.  *Betting with real money can be intense.*
