WHY would NOONE help create a top 5 online list?

i dont trust online casinos - initially used to play several years ago, but the results were sometimes 'odd'

Have not tried 'live' wheels, but still wont trust them either

I would compare online roulette to playing slots - both are programmed games . . .  end of story
