Hello members of vlsroulette board!
1 day ago I made thread in rouletteplace , with some questions and I just wanted to receive competent answer. . But they said they were "fans only of advantage play, roulette computers and visual prediction based on roulette physics. " and cannot help me. But they redirect me toward you(vlsroulette)where I can find people interested in the "math" side of the game, and this is just what I need! I want answer to 1 question : Is it possible to live with the winnings from roulette? I'm just going to copy my thread from the other forum:

Hello everybody!
I'm new here and completely new to gambling on roulette.
I am from Bulgaria(sh*t country in East Europe). A week ago(7 days) I was looking on ways to make money trough computer. That's because I'm nearly 18 years(2 mounts till my graduation) and my parents wants me to go to job(but I don't wanna work huh ). I found a Bulgarian site which describes more than 15 roulette systems, and since than I have been checking them. I make my calculations based on Flash roulette games and some Online Casinos that offer direct play trough web-browser(casinoeuro. com). Some systems are with slow progression(like '2 and more' system, where sometimes I need to make 15+spins to end the cycle(with 1$ profit in the end)) and some like the world-famous Martingale and labouchere are very fast.

Now. . . What makes me nervous. . I checked many user comments and posts in many roulette forums and boards and I got to a conclusion that 'Online Roulette software' cannot be beaten. Because the game code is 'written' in favour for the casino. I mean everything goes well and then suddenly I get 10 blacks 1 after another. .

Toward my BIG QUESTION - should I enter online roulette gambling with the hope that I will win 20-30$ every day(yeah in my country you can live the live of king with 30$ day-profit).

I'm ready to play video-roulette 5-10 hours a day, which means spinning thosands of times with minimum wagered.

But to make $30 a day you should try and make 0.03p a day first. Get used to roulette play, rules, and most of all self control.

I want answer to 1 question : Is it possible to live with the winnings from roulette?

It depends on the type of method used and how good you're at it.

So far, I haven't seen any mechanical mathematical system that works in the long run.
I have however always seen good promise in strategy play based on situational awareness and educated guessing (which in itself is based upon experience and the ability to spot and exploit short term trends and patterns within the random flow).
I have also witnessed the power of proper advantage play.

Both ways need practice and hard work to master.

I use to be big on DS when I first started using advantage play and was quite successful. Now I've made the transition over to VB which does take a lot of practice.

Advantage play isn't for everyone and can't really be used on-line.

You just said it.  There's no easy way, but that doesn't mean roulette can't be beaten.

@Shorty: Does DS stand for Dealer's Signature? and what does VB means? Visual Ballistics? where can I learn more about those?
