Try to get phone with as much RAM as posible and windows mobile based system.. I personaly like qtek and HTC

Hey Bruce,

I don't have a clue (sorry), but Boo Ray's suggestions seems like a good one. 

Also - I have posted a updated version of the spreadsheet, as the first one had a few mistakes (thanks Bruce for pointing them out and thanks Victor for posting the sheet for me).
