System Idea

Here's my idea of a system.

As you all may or may not know the european wheel has a 26 and a 32 by the zero.  I bet on both of those using the following progression until I get a hit:

1-8 1
8-16 2
16-24 4
24-32 8
32-40 16

Total units required for this system is 240 units.  If this has been suggested before but I apologize.  I have not any ridiculous testing with it but I have been applying it and it has been working well for me.  I welcome any suggestions or criticisms.

PS: If any of you asks why I bet so soon when I could stretch it out further. . . well. . . let's just say I REALLY like making BIG profits and I like making BIG profits quickly.

Be that as it may THAT is why it's in Brainstorming and not testing zone or Full Systems as it is not a fully developed idea but I intend to ride it out until it fails and once it fails I may have a clue as to WHY it failed then I could possibly tweak it to improve upon it.

I appreciate your post Diarmaid but ALL systems are doomed to fail but WHEN they fail do people try to improve upon them or simply scrap them? I wish to attempt to improve upon my idea.

Welcome to the forum.

Regarding your idea, perhaps you may have a better luck by trying to use an "up as you win" on your 3-number selection. Rise +1 unit after every hit, ATILA style, rise your betting line only on hit number like this

1 1 1
2 1 1
2 2 1
2 2 2
3 2 2
3 3 2
3 3 3
4 3 3
...
Always rising first on the two latest hit first.

Yes, this is the brainstorming section. Precisely a section to expose any idea, regardless of how much has it been tested, this is here to serve basically like an online notepad for future reference, so no harm with your post. I'd say thanks for taking the time to write it

Hello Droganson.  

Good idea, how about hitting that area after none of the numbers hits in 36 spins or hits within 36 and immediately starting the progression?  From my experience the wheel goes from one side of the wheel to the other in 24 spin cycles?
