Still integrating chat and creating sections, but the forum's look & feel can be seen.
What do you guys think?
I like it - i find it easier to use plus it looks great [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
great!
Kimo, as a friendly publisher, I can give you a sub-section which you can moderate and your people can study your work without any interference.
You can create threads which are locked, only for you to post (i.e. a repost from your books without anyone else posting on them, including me).
What do you say? OK to open Kimo Li's section? [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
Great! [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
Good to see regulars making there way here!
Why the new Forum? Old was good!

[highlight]- No ads.[/highlight] [smiley=thumbup.gif]
- Full control of features.
- Better management of unread posts.
- In-house database.
- Better look & feel.
- More controls for text formatting.
- More smilies.
- Integrated chat.
- Image/Software hosting.
...And some more features related to administration/configuration...
Thanks for coming by and showing interest rocky!
p.s. I won't touch a single post at the old server.
Victor.
QuoteGood to see Kimo Li again.
He's got a whole section for his work.
Moderator rights included, so he should feel like home. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
Always looking forward to his posts. There is space for every approach to this game and his is certainly interesting. [smiley=smiley.gif]
Victor.
Hi Victor;
REALLY nice site...............
iggy
iggy, nice to have you around!
Looking forward to let this baby grow. Now I have full control, which is a plus.
My vision is:
1) vlsroulette.com/site - A complete repository of systems/strategies. This has to be static, so people do not have to read over (sometimes) long posts and replies to extract the core of a system. Pages must go straight to the point.
2) vlsroulette.com/forum - This baby. The new forum.
3) vlsroulette.com/chat - With full integration to the forum. Still have to work on it fully. Have to modify the code of the web-based chat. Still no long names, and other "buggies", but there you go; things have to be worked out.
My only aim and hope is to make the beautiful game of Roulette a fine and nice experience for as many people as possible.
I have been blessed with a nice experience from my real money play, and I think that it has a lot to do with knowledge.
Of course, luck is always present in its both forms (good and adverse), but the negative impact of a bad run or bad streak can be handled, and the positive impact of a good run or streak can be maximized.
It is like sailing. Knowledge is like getting familiar with the ocean. The more you know about it, the better you sail.
Victor.
.
Kenneth you are here! Hooray [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
Mate, please us by posting those enjoyable systems of yours [smiley=vrolijk_1.gif]
This is a great looking site, Victor! Thanks!

Hi Everyone,
Ths looks like our new home good to be here.
Ronjo.
Ronjo - could to see you, mate! I am as disgusted with the other forum as you are!!
I should be surprised but I'm not, somehow, someway Victor has done it again!!! [smiley=dankk2.gif]
Great work as always Victor....
One and all are forever in your debt.... ;)
Hello victor, great looking site. was a regular reader of rouletteforum.net. was a shame about what happened as thought it was a great site. good to see familiar names on this forum. will try and be more involved this time! [smiley=dankk2.gif]
kaimayland, doors are wide open for any contribution or ideas you may have mate.
i do like the new site but as i wasnt on the old one for long its nothing masivly new to me as i found you just on the crossover point its like i was here from the begginning and can read all the posts people will undoubtedly post again as they either think its new or intresting enuff to repost so i will be able to learn more about the game of roulette.
p.s would be nice to see a comprehensive site with a list a systems and stratagys uninterupted by chat as a new player it can be confusing to work out a system throught on/off posts if you know what i mean .
thanks garry

I know what you mean.
I intend to make VLSroulette.com/site with precisely that.
My vision is the static content has to be separated from the conversation for easy referencing.
So, my full vision is:
VLSroulette.com/site
VLSroulette.com/forum
VLSroulette.com/chat
So far forum and chat are working.
The static "site" part is being installed by me at the server, I must try several CMS's (Content Management Systems) first, then it will be open for contributions and direct editing by the fellow members who want to add to it for easy reference.
So Garry, the idea is sweet. The forum as a place to hang out with the friends and talk about the game certainly has its place, and also I totally understand you being a newcomer having to filter the chat from the actual roulette system's content.
Hopefully people will support the VLSroulette.com/site and the newcomers from the future will have a very easy "static" reference.
Regards,
Victor.
I wanna do an experiment on reply #11 (mine)
Ken
I tried to edit and leave it blank, it won't let me so I left a period. How are your (Nate) posts BLANK? I dont get it?
