Okay, I've been doing quite "well" lately playing a certain method. Last Monday, they threw 7 different dealers at me in two hours, just to piss me off.
My question/concern is this >> (00 wheel), I would PREFER to have the same dealer for hours and hours. However, what is your view on this.....
Lets say we lined up 190 DIFFERENT dealers in a row, they all get ONE spin (its pretend, play along). In addition, we'll say three different ball sizes. So, 190 dealers and the ball switches every spin. Should we get ROUGHLY THE SAME stats after 190 spins compared to one dealer doing all 190?
During those 190 different dealers, I ASSUME we'll still get a couple numbers that are very hot and a few numbers that are quite cold? (non-bias wheel BTW)
I know its an odd question but its still important to discuss (imo).
Ken
ken,
Maybe not so unusual. Dealer change occurs about every 20 minutes. Observed at one of our Native American tribal casinos they are switching dealers randomly around between roulette tables, Blackjack, etc
Casinos in other jurisdictions rotate croupiers only within their roulette section but with about the same intervals.
Actually with those newer wheels the casinos have less to worry about even with what might be construed as DS.
Just grin and bear it
. HAPPY WINNINGS !!! .
Statistically there won't be any surprises. Whatever happens with one dealer and same ball, the same thing will happen by
changing dealers and balls after every spin.
Even if you held a baby with a ball in his hands, over a spinning wheel and tapped his little hand to release the ball, you will get the same statistical results. It's always 38 numbers governed by probabilities and random events. It doesn't matter who executes the event.

@Nate >> Here's the issue with that. When they change the dealer (at roulette) I also watch the other table games around me. RARELY do they change at the same pace as roulette. I did a thread on this subject years ago, here is my thought......
With the other games (especially card games), they have to play like robots, an exact set of rules. If it wasn't for the LAW of taking a break, you could really keep the same BJ dealer there for 8 hours. (lol)
Here, if anybody is even doing half okay, they switch those roulette dealers around fast. Sometimes it throws me off, sometimes it doesn't. I'm trying to come to a conclusion if it really matters or not? Something funny on Friday. I was betting the 35 quite a bit, it was on fire. They switched the dealer and the 35 still hit 3 times in the next 15 spins, good for me I guess.
Ken
Ken,
It would be interesting l to know how many live roulette tables are in action at any given time. The more tables the larger the group tending those tables.
That does not always mean the croupiers would be returning to their original tables.
As for big winners the casinos know that they will eventually giving it all back.

They even did this to me (first time I have seen it), they had a FLOOR person spin for awhile. Was the dealer on break or sick? Nope, she stood beside him while he spun, I was the only person playing. Are you fu***n kidding me? Floor?
Its like they refuse to let you win, its a joke here.
Ken
Judging by your last post I must say they went too far. They are truly paranoid.

Looks like it's time to play at another casino Ken
When the dealer changes, the physics of the game changes. This includes rotor speed and number of ball revolutions . The answer to your question ken is No, a dealer change would not affect what you are doing simply because the foundations of what your doing is not relying on physics.
I cant really switch casinos cause its the only one in town and the next closest one is too much of a drive for me. I cant stand hitting the road, I guess that leaves AP out for me.

Well if you don't "hit the road" Ken how is your roulette career going to continue ?
I knew I forgot something. Another lovely thing "they" throw at me. We have 6 wheels here. Around 3:30am, they close 4.....its down to two until around 5am.
So they close one and the other stays running, will not shut down but floor can close EITHER table. There are times I am playing quite early and doing pretty decent. Guess which table they close? Yep, you guessed it, the one I'm playing on. I have so many numbers recorded, stats etc., it does not pay to start from scratch at 5 in the morning at the other table so I head for breakfast (leave the casino).
Kind of odd they dont close up the opposite table I'm not on. (lol) Not only do I battle a 00 wheel, I have to battle the employees as well, its not easy. I have to be very alert with ALL surroundings and the games they throw at me.
Ken
How far are the alternate casinos away & is it viable to drive/fly to them & say stay a night or two & bet higher stakes to get around the same or better returns you have been getting locally ?
From your stated BR & wins paying for it would not seem a problem. Spending less time locally at your local B & M may ease their scrutiny on you ? How about also playing in busier periods, where you should get less "HEAT" from the floor ?
Yeah good points and I have been trying to play when its a bit more busy but those spins are so damn slow! I have maybe 4 casinos from me, 2-3 hour drives.
I got so comfortable with a 15 minute drive I guess (lol).

Ken, of course, there is a school of thought that you take you own personal permanence around with you....
so, as these are random numbers, and unrelated, you could track 60 spins on table 1 and walk to table 2 and continue.
contemplate this....
real spins A (37 numbers) 22 hit, 15 unhit
real spins B (37 numbers) 26 hit, 11 unhit
real spins C (37 numbers) 22 hit, 15 unhit
1st 12 from A, 1st 12 from B, 1st 13 from C (37 spins) 22 hit, 15 unhit
What about the 0 and 00 ? No wonder they become angry at times.

ND....me and the wife went on a cruise a few years ago and they had a casino. As soon as I saw it was an american wheel...I didnt play. A had a giant 5.26% House edge sulk
Changing on dealer would not affect what you are doing. Care to change casino and assess it again?
