Chat upgrade

OK, I'm setting up a better chat room for everyone to enjoy.

Please make space for some comprehension while this takes place (specially you Lanky, since you were booted exactly at the upgrade time! sorry for that one mate , but that's for the sake of improvements).

Hey mate, the upgrade has avatars, more default smilies and I'm trying to make it parse the extra smilies from the forum.

As far as I'm concerned, the smiley parsing from forum code gets done and it is all setup... (but must be certain it works for everyone !!!)
