It is Louis Theroux in Las Vegas.
Think it shows some really good examples of "The perfect loser" LOL.

The old bag acts like she can actually win it back. Its sickening how the casino hosts have their lips super glued to her saggy old ass. But hell, she's paid the salary of everybody in the casino for years, she deserves it.
