I fully understand that there may be objections from members of this forum to discuss the possibility of starting a New Forum and if
there are objections from moderators I won't continue and explain the ideas in setting up such a forum.
The forum would not be a rival to VLS far from it, as from the outset there would be a close association, rather like the U.S.A and the UK
being very close allies and a special relationship. The friendly tone of this forum is much to be admired and serves as a model for any
New Forum.
The New Forum would be uniquely financed and it will have a very professional approach in it's outlook and what it would like to achieve.
At this stage I won't say any more and as I said previously I will respect the opinion of those people who look after this forum on whether
I continue this thread or not.
Mr Chips
Why do you feel it necessary Mr Chips? this forum is professional is it not?, or do you have a unique appoach that cannot be provided here?
look forward to hearing what you have in mind
shadowman,
Yes, there would be a unique approach in many ways, but it would I stress be a sister or brother to this forum, as hopefully
most members would belong to both forums and would feel comfortable in doing so. I would certainly like to continue to post
on this forum.
Mr Chips
There's more than just one path to the Source of Knowledge in any field of human endeavour.
Nothing wrong with diversity and multiple approaches to the same topic.
A 'unique approach' sounds something worth exploring, and the proposed 'close association' with VLS should minimise negative perceptions.
Let's at least find out details before a yea or nay.
So go for it -- tell us more...!! :)
I look forward to hearing your ideas Mr Chips

As there has been over a 100 views and no one has complained I will outline my idea for a New Forum.
The difficulty for most forums is how to finance it, the main choice being contributions or advertising. Neither choice is reliable or satisfactory
for the owner or the members of the forum.
The New Forum (it will eventually have a name) will be financed from two roulette systems, the 4Selecta and Signum system. The two systems
will not be the only systems used as others will be used in time, but the two systems I know makes money and will get the forum off the ground.
It will take a good couple of months to bring it all to fruition and during the those two months I will play a number of sessions in various casino's
to build up the initial fund and show that it is viable to finance the forum by this means.
This is definitely not a one man show and of course I have to start the initial input to get things moving along. The forum will require a select
number of people to operate it. This is where the forum will be different from all other gambling forums. The select members will be part of the
Inner Circle Enterprise (ICE). They will not only be members but shareholders. Their investment will be $100, 71.77 euros, £66.63. I envisage
3 members controlling the finance, perhaps someone from Australia, which will also cover the Far East,U.S.A or Canada, which will cover the
American continent and lastly Europe. It has to be a country that can transfer money without any restrictions.
The fund therefore has to cover the expenses of the forum and provide the shareholders with a return on their investment. I am fortunate in
that I am not far from a number of casino's here in the UK. Other members of ICE will also have to be found willing to do a certain number of
sessions at the casino. There will be members of ICE who cannot get to a casino, but who will bring to the forum some expertise, beneficial to
the overall success of the forum, this will include someone with programming skills. ICE will operate on a completely democratic basis and a
majority decision will be final.
The forum would of course be nothing without the majority of members who thankfully would like to belong to the forum. This part of the forum
would be referred to as the Outer Circle (OC). It would very much reflect the VLS friendly format. Some thought would be given to limiting the
number of people who wish to join for the reason that 'active' members will make a contribution and those who just observe gain very little and
the forum nothing at all. It would be pointless for any 'nay sayer' to join, as the forum would not exist unless financed by systems, so if the
systems failed then the forum would fold.
The New Forum would be geared up to testing systems, if necessary paying programmers, especially if it's a complicated system. The first
year would very much concentrate on roulette, but other forms of gambling would be considered. I know for example money can be made from
horse racing here in the UK, from handicap races, someone prepared to study and operate this part of the gambling operation would be a valuable
member of ICE. I know there is a great interest in Bots and ideas would be explored in this area of internet gambling
The above is just an outline of a number of ideas for a New Forum. As I said in a previous post, in no way would it rival this forum. There is a great
deal here that you would not find in the New Forum, as it would be very focused on making money to finance the operational costs of the forum
and the shareholders who will expect and would be entitled to an increasing return on their investment and hard work, in being a member of ICE.
Mr Chips
Mr Chips,
I find this to be very interesting. I like the "sister" forum concept, since I'm a fan of this forum. I'll contact you. RP
