It's called Roulette Xtreme and you can download it at nolinks. uxsoftware . com (I put spaces in that so you know it isn't an affiliate link)
Once you download it, open it up and click on "statistics" at the top of the program window. Then, near the bottom of the list you'll see "wheel frequency tracker" click on that and you should be all set.
Oh, and no problem for the help, it's easy to get lost in all the information you'll find here. ;D

I've been playing for a little while now, and have only found 20 unique numbers in a row ever happen in roulette, please could you share you experiences of how many unique numbers you have found in a row. . . . ??
Would be really interested to know with different people's experiences of playing the game what the maximum is that people have ever come across. . . . ??

No problem Steve, and yes, it is referring to number of uniques in a row (getting all the way to 24 spins without a number repeating itself).
