I didn`t have any problems with withdrawals.

The spread of bets at Betvoyager is more large then at Betfair.

I withdrew €200.00 on the 26 April. The money has gone from my account and payment has been confirmed but there is still no sign of it in my bank account. They havn't acknowledged or responded to my e-mails either.

I really need to know if BV are creditable or not, most of the posts are years old on this thread.I'm about to deposit a large ( for me ) sum of money with them. Another worrying thing is that they haven't once answered any of my questions I've raised with them. Customer service is zero so far , not good when something goes wrong with your money.

The biggest problem with BV is the amount of disconnections - can be nasty if you have a system with a high progression and you get an error message at the worst possible moment.

Take screen shots of all disconnections with all the relevant details - time, amount being bet, etc.

I just find it strange that I never get error messages using Fun Mode (even running a system for up to 24 hours), but as soon as Real Money is used error messages are aplenty.

Suspicious? I couldn't possibly comment...............

Hi RobbieD -- Have you any experiences on withdrawls and customer service issues ?

I've never had problems with withdrawals - however, it can sometimes take a couple of days for them to refund any money; this is a clever tactic on their part; their thinking is that if you are having a bad run on a system you will be tempted to put that money back into your account as the withdrawal is still pending.

Customer service is usually based on stock answers. The problems of disconnections have never been fully addressed.

Someone else I know made the valid point that they are based in the Netherlands Antilles and obviously their internet setup is not as sophisticated as in the rest of the world. You may have the fastest broadband connection, but it comes down to the quality of their servers, etc.

Cheers and thanks for your reply, I needed someone with up to date experiences with them, a lot can happen to a company in the time elapsed since the thread was started.
