I think there are too many separate sections, it's confusing and hard to keep up with new posts, monitoring threads etc. I think there should be a drastic pruning - half a dozen or so sections like there were at VIP. Plus, Victor, wouldn't it make your job easier? ;)
Does anyone else agree with me?
I suggest the following:
a "general" section - for all gambling related topics but not full systems
a "systems" section - for full systems, I think splitting this into money management, bet selection etc is overkill
a "challenge" section - for competitions, challenges
a "coding" section - code requests, roulette software etc
a "general discussion" section - anything non-gambling related
Perhaps one or two more I haven't thought of yet :)
Your proposal is good, indeed; thing is at this point I can't take the sections out without having a serious forum reformatting at the database level and believe me: it isn't the most wise thing to do :-\ I'm trying to re-format imported sections to display right, wonder having to merge several of them :o At least currently, this isn't an option.
As for monitoring the forum with ease, you can do it by scrolling down to the Info center, you can track the posts from this link:

Thanks Victor. If It's going to create a lot more work and forum downtime then I understand your reluctance to "fix what ain't broke", especially if most members are happy enough with the way things are. If they're not, perhaps at some point in the future some sections can be merged as you suggest - there are 25 separate sections at the moment, these could probably be merged into a third as many.
BTW, my avatar seems to have been "scaled up" (which is why it looks a little fuzzy), it was originally 80 pixels square when I uploaded it, is it possible to scale it down again? Unfortunately I no longer have the original on my system. No big deal if you can't.

General settings for avatars updated, now you and the other forum fellows should have the right size on their avatars. So many details! Thanks for reporting dear friend.
Good job as always Vic!! Ken
