Title: Something Wrong With Quote Tags?

There appears to be a glitch in the quote tags.

Is anyone else seeing quotes all messed up?

Yep, it's a mess. Except when it isn't as above.  :)

The only difference is that I added '="Bombus" to the first quote tag, if I don't do that, I get the mess.
