This is generous and can be done via an online casino without revealing the system. I.e. like a black box, but the increments would need to be in a small stepladder, as confidence in the system increases.

Some members who have a winning system here will test by themself and i don't think they would give their "holygrail" with which they could earn millions...
And if you have a winning system, why do you want to test another system?

Just look at it from this perspective:
If one would have a good system but couldnt play and make money because of lack of funds ,then this offer would be ideal.
I will not deny that i will invest in something that would generate profit,but I there is nothing weird about that.

I am tired at the moment of playing my system ,main reason being is the fact that since i moved ,i only have acces to 1 casino and it is far from ideal..............trust me !

A few questions.
- If one takes the offer, do you have to see/know the method he/she is using?
- The play can take place in land-based or online casinos?

How does this things work I am very intressted in how the deal is made.
Lets assume A provide with money.
Lets assume B provide with method.
Now I ask my self this question.
1) First if I am A I would not provide the money if I did not know what works and what does not work.
a) The reason is logic that casino is way to far away and you let some one else do the work for an %.
b) Why would some one who has some-thing that works need money in the first place? and give away an %.
c) Split the risk and the investment?
2) How is the deal made and with what kind of % ??
a) Assume some one has an edge around 15% using andvantage play then he can only play for peanuts at hes local casino, because he would have to travel to make big money, because if he would play big and win big at hes local casino it would become obvios and not last for long.
c) So lets assume the grind joint at your local casino and you pull out 500 in four weeks with 8 to 10 visits, because you don't wont any heat and keep your self below the radar, then what would the net gain % be ??
3) Who does A know who to trust ??
a) Some one exept the deal and take the money with out an return of investemnt !!
b) Again why would some one who has an winning method share hes hard earn money ??

Damn, I would play your 3k. Unfortunately it is not 3k anymore ..... so I guess nope then!
Other thing is, you mentioned that you take all the risk......... and you want to see the system and how it works. So effectively if it busts you would like to see how it worked and you take the risk.
Then later on you mention contracts and that if the player can guarrantee you 100% success you do not need to see the system. So the way I understand it you seem to be interested in a system that isn't 100% secure cause you want to see those while the systems that are 100% secure you don't have to see but have a contract ......... mmmmmm confusing. BTW nothing is 100% sure, especially online roulette. Seriously though I would take it on if it was still 3k, played at DB, my play stays secret (my eyes only), you take the risk and no contracts.

Have you looked at all the rules and regulations for operating an online casino???
