occasionally i like to have my say on how i think things are going some of you will validate my opinions and some wont so here is what i think no offense intended to anyone
On this forum i think that we are all looking for the holy grail, correct?
to me there seems to be people looking, some believe in one thing some believe in other things,
a few of the older members do not tolerate what new members have to say if it has been tried before. But at the same time new members seem to put no effort into researching their answer before they post a question which must be annoying for the older. Perhaps this should be addressed?
I see a lot of systems come through that have good potential are just left, some are explored and found useless
What I am trying to find out is what really is a good system because i dont think that 1,000,000 spins will say if a system works or not
That brings me to the next problem, the definition of the holy grail, some of you see it as a bet that will NEVER lose, some see it as passing the 1,000,000 spins test, others see it as winning more than it loses.
So until the forum can decide which angle they are coming from there will always be conflict
Perhaps there can be a VLS test offered for systems that get brought in and then they get a test result at the end?
Unfortunately a lot of people do not understand casino maths or randomness well enough to come up with their own definition of the so-called "holy grail". It's like someone claiming to have solved the issues of hydrogen storage while studying for their degree in non-violent responses to terrorism. Most people either pretend to have "winning bet" or "winning system", or erroneously think they have it, when in reality they don't actually have anything at all, maybe because they are on medication and find roulette forums to be good places to fabricate a life they wished they had or maybe because they are on the scam or maybe because they just cannot be bothered testing a system through a significant sample and think 250 spins is enough.
Clearly the holy grail is a method or bet or system that wins more than it loses, and must be tested over at least 10,000 bets in the first instance. Perhaps it is even possible to win every session. But that is just my opinion.
For me "holy grail" would be a system/strategy/method which brings consistent profit every time its played, in other words a system with one will always finish day session in profit in the long run, now question is how long is the long run? :)
What is a grail? is the same definition of what is a winner..Look at a winner like kobe bryant..do u think he is a winner because he sticks to one play that made it thru 10,000 simulations? NO..Are the Saints going to the super bowl because they stuck with one play and did not study the opposition? NO and when they lose do they quit? NO..They practice and study the opponent..and stick to basic strategies to counter any play they are up against at any given moment Same variables apply to roulette. Systems that are shared here..players have faced and execute the best play in such a situation..Systems here i read do not claim to be grails but are looking for weakness and refinements..and claims of winning systems apply breaks or loss limits as rules to the game..Were i come from roulette is a game..and reading others experience develops a new approach to be a winner.A common trait of all winners is learning by their mistakes...Now put on ur game face and "win one for the gipper"..

Victor defines the "Holy Grail" as something that returns your bankroll + one unit. That will work for me.
Let me tell you something as one who has run a few spins: You can be on an unbelievable lucky streak for a long, long time. You will think it is the grail, that you will never loose, but you will.
There will never be a test one could present or take which would prove the grail. Why? First, the aforementioned luck factor could be used to negate any results you post. Second, any screen shot is subject to suspicion by those who think it is doctored. Third, if you use a million spins some will say that's too long. If you use a hundred spins, some will say that's too little.
The only beef I've ever had with anyone is this: They come on here claiming to have the "Holy Grail". No ifs, buts or maybes; they got it! Ask them to prove it and see what you get. Ask them to log onto Dublin and prove it with witnesses watching through team viewer.
And--if they win or lose a session--that's only a session; it proves nothing. I am beginning to see roulette much like religion; it is faith-based. Either you believe and no one can change your mind or you disbelieve and no one can change your mind.
So I will go my own way, do my own thing and give no thought to either applauders or the rotten egg throwers.
