Title: does discrepency work?

suppose you walk upto a roulette table and there were just 19 reds appear does the law of average not say that if you started playing at this point that you the ratio over a long while should be around 50/50 disregarding the zero or am i just going to hear this has been tried and failed so i did a few tests on RX i input 8-20 EC first then flat bet to make 100-200 spins results- 90% of the time it ends up close to even

I know why now, the discrepency can last 500-1000 spins and who is going to flat bet for that long.................Just putting across ideas forum........thats what ive been told to do by the old wise ones

It can do anything... See yourself what happened during first 65536 spins from Wiesbaden tish 3.

It can be better seen without zero...
