Title: Is it better to cover more of the wheel, or more chances to hit, or the same?
Post by: FreeRoulette on February 05, 2010, 03:11:12 PM
The way I play is that I make stacks of 35 $1 chips and make striaght up bets.

The first stack, I need to win with 1 chip.
The second stack, I need to win with 2 chips.
etc.

So my question is:
Is it better to cover more of the board, or to have more spins, or is the exact same?

For exampe:
My first stack could be played on 1 number for 35 spins, or 11 numbers for 3 spins.

I was thinking about playing in this order:

1st stack: $1 on 10 numbers for 3 spins ($5 left over is profit if I win on the stack after)

2st stack: $2 on 9 numbers for 1 spin, and $2 on 8 number for 1 spin.

3rd stack: $3 on 10 numbers for 1 spin

That would cost me about $100 and give me 6 spins on 8-10 numbers coverage.

The thing is, that no matter how much of the board you are covering, its all relative... if you cover 35 numbers, you have 35 numbers of 37 to return 1 unit profit on a win and negative 35 units on a loss... if you just cover 1 number then you have just 1 number out of 37 to win 35 units .... and 36 to lose 1 unit..

its all the same ... its all in proportion.. except the zero, for obvious reasons.
