I'm going to buy a current Cammegh. Same deal as when I got the Velstone Mk7 Huxley: if anyone is interested in buying a wheel, let me know and we'll buy at the same time and get a better price. You need to let me know within a week as I'll be buying by the end of next week.
Where are you buying from? In australia? I only ask in terms of shipping. American 00 Cammegh classics, or Huxley Saturns are all I would be interested in.
2 days and still no answer huh? Time must really a priority... You're not REALLY buying a wheel are you Steve?
Steve is NEVER logged in over the weekends - something to do with weekend detention, lol, at least that's what Mr j reckons - Hahaha!
Wait 'till Monday and you'll get a response.
Cheers.

where does he live? two days ago it was thursday here...
I very rarely log on weekends. Yes as bombus pointed out, it's weekend detention because I'm so naughty. I need to teach Bubba a lesson.

Davey, you're correct. I made the whole thing up. It's strange.. I sometimes get accused of not being a serious person because I run a forum instead of apparently not playing roulette, like they would know what I do with roulette.. and then I get accused of not being serious because I have fun things to do on the weekend.

It depends where the wheel is being stored. I can get 00's no problem.
The Saturn wheels refer to the data loggers (ball detection etc), not the actual wheel design. Like for example I recently bought a Mk7 Huxley with velstone ball track, which on Huxley's website is titled "saturn" wheel. But anyway the supplier does have other mk7's with velstone ball track available. I can get them new, but because they arent supposed to be supplied new to the public, we have to do it in a roundabout way so you pay more than casinos do.

hahahaha! I hope for your sake you aren't serious!
Would you mind PM'ing me some pricing please? And a ball park of where the wheel will be located?
You have to tell me exactly what you after then I can source it. The wheels are either in australia or europe.
And yes I am serious about the "Saturn wheels". There's no such thing as a "saturn" wheel even though Huxley's page is titled "saturn roulette wheel". Saturn refers to the data logger, not the actual wheel. If you buy a so-called saturn wheel, it is a Mk7 velstone wheel with Saturn data loggers.

I think I will go through someone a little more knowledgable on huxely wheel designs. I do not want the MK7 or any of the MK style wheels. It really amazes me that you think the only difference between the two wheel types is the data logging system. I wonder how advanced your AP is when you can't even spot the major differences in fret design. If you look CLOSELY at the saturn wheel page you will notice a much different fret type than the traditional wheel page. MK style huxleys have a much lower fret with a small downward angle near the front of the pocket and saturn fret is a higher fret with a much sharper angle. And no, I am not looking at the Starburst ring either. Sorry Steve, I am only interested in a Saturn Wheel with a Saturn fret design, and based on this convo I will get a MK7 after I spend thousands of dollars. No thanks, I just go through someone a little more knowledagble so I get the product I paid for. I know you understand. :)
I've never heard that the Saturn is not a wheel but a data logger. ??? Davey, check with a real pro and let me know if this is true. Otherwise I'll just contact the manufacturer and ask.
Well... Of the real pros I have spoken to, they say that the Saturn is indeed a wheel design. I think Steve is just misinformed.
The Saturn is a independent wheel, but regarding the frets its a choice you can make. They will supply it with any fret type you want from Starbursts to normal types.
Considering I got the information directly from huxley themselves when buying my second mk7 wheel, I'm rather sure about it. Mk7 with the saturn sensors is what's called a "saturn wheel", but it's essentially just a mk7 wheel. When I said I wanted to buy a "saturn wheel", I was corrected myself. That's when I spoke via phone directly with THE boss of huxley (put me on speakerphone), who told me they were instructed by an australian casino not to deal with me. So I had to source the wheel elsewhere.
ps - Davey you really dont know. Perhaps dont rely entirely on website images. You can get just about any fret with a mk7 wheel, as kelly also pointed out. But I'll leave you thinking I'm the one who doesn't know. Dont get me started on the "real pro" thing. I'm one of the people doing this for real.
Whatever you say Steve.
I would say you are both correct, because for the things we look for there is really only a small (if any) difference and the velstone track is not unique for Saturn. But to get the sensors in, they need a little different design and as i recall it they have made some minor changes apart from that too. But not huge things by far.
Speak to huxley directly. It's what they say. You and NS come up with nonsense saying I'm not a "real pro" as if I dont know what I'm talking about, but it's the other way around. You have no concept of what I do and what I know. nevermind.. better things to do.
It appears davey deleted his own account - he didnt like that after attacking me that he's the one who didnt know better. Anyway Davey, please dont come back under fake names again - I know of at least 2 other accounts you had. Also nothing personal, but you really were bending the rules with your attacks and were already banned once for it. If you feel compelled to carry through on your petty threats to me, know that I love you.
