Is flat betting better or worse than using progressions?

if you are backing the even money bets use a progression. if you pick one out of four you will be in front.

As well flat betting as progressive betting the advantage of the roulette is the same.Viewed from this point there is no difference.In my strategy I use both.It depends also on wagering on the result of one spin or a row.
The risk with flat betting is more less.
