Title: Star City Airball Wheels?
Post by: bombus on January 31, 2011, 03:17:15 AM

I don't go to the casino (Star City) that much these days and usually just go upstairs when I do, but I am hoping to change that over the next 12 months so would appreciate some input on the airball machines.

I was there the other day, and although I have yet to play them I did spend about ½ hour checking out these airballs.

I can't believe the difference between these wheels and the table wheels, they are truly worlds apart. The table wheels would look at home on a BMW M6, and the airball wheels would look at home with a few mountain goat jumping over and around the crags.

These airball wheels have like 47 obelisk proportioned deflectors, frets like a barbed wire fence, and the centre is protected by the Great Wall of China!

I watched one airball spin for about 10 minutes and I swear I did not once see the ball scatter any more than 2 or 3 pockets from impact point, where it usually just stopped.

How many forum members have played these wheels, and what do you think of them?

G'day Bombus,

I LOVE them!!

Did you see the one, Min $10 - Max $5,000 0n the EC's?

Give Lanky a call or an email and ask his opinion.

Glenn.

No, but I noticed 1 - 500 on single numbers!

Can you play just 1 number from 1 to 500, or is there a minimum like 1 unit on 5 numbers or something?

What do you like about them, the spin rate, the min max range, or the wheels themselves?

Do they help with your EC bet selection?

For instance, I would have though ball scatter would not matter too much for a table layout EC method.

I've played airball in Macau and loved it!

I'd have no problems playing another legitimate airball machine anytime.
