VLS Roulette Forum

I'm holding a contest, for one week, ending March 29, 2011 and if you pick the correct group I will send you $25 to your PayPal account.  Only one winner, and if there are multiple winners I will hold a further contest among the winners of this contest until there is just one winner.

To qualify you must post your choice - if not just vote and see how good you are at picking out real random numbers.


There are 4 Groups which are in a random order:

One group has numbers from a screen print I made of Smart Live Video a while ago

One group has numbers I pulled from thin air

One group is from a RNG from Random.org of integers 0 - 36 (European Roulette wheel)

One group is from a RNG from Random.org of integers 0 - 37 (American Roulette Wheel with Green 00 being 37 which I discarded 3 of them)

Gizmo, how many hundreds of post have you bragged about being able to read random numbers?  You brag about it ad nauseam.

When you read those 4 groups of numbers only ONE of them should be clear as a bell to you.  The other 3 should be like reading Klingon; which I guess you might actually be able to read.

So I can put you down for another dodge - hundreds of brags and no guess as to what real random numbers look like.

I can beat any version of randomness. If a source comes from a real wheel, an RNG, a biased wheel, a set of spins from a year ago, none of that matters to me.  I really don't care about his tests anymore.

I spent more than a full hour putting together 185 spins from a picture of those same spins. I then put all that into my charting program and demonstrated the requested information for MauiSunset. He said it was gibberish. So what makes you think I should bother to spend any more time on his tests and questions? The man was obnoxious and only wanted to waste my time. You want proof of that. Just look at the thread where anyone gets to vote on him being a waste of time. The public have spoken. Their votes are in. ...and he's gone.

I have to say I'm with Gizmo, if for no other reason than the fact that his insults are so creative and hilarious.  I mostly agree with Maui's roulette conclusions, but that doesn't change the fact that he's arrogant, disrespectful, and a hopelessly poor communicator.  He can choke on his $25.

This contest was flawed for many reasons. One is, there are people here with multiple accounts, they can all guess. And if you win, so what? You haven't proved you can look at the numbers and tell where they came from. The only one I could tell for sure was the one from made up numbers, because I can't win with those at all.
