I doubt it, you dont get that kind of knowledge from sitting in the garden sofa daydreaing. I tried that and didnt get smarter. I know that you have to work with some very smart people to get that deep down in the mechanics so i seriously doubt that he is not using his knowledge by himself.
Now it is a biased wheel, it could have been a faulty slot machine or a 2 deck hand dealt BJ game with little supervision or a 1 pin wheel in the UK. Bottom line is that it has a positive payout and some people is willing to travel, take the dough and go home.
Its not at all boring and can give you a healthy profit.

Whether or not herb is legit, I dont care but am pretty confident he's more a poser with an ego. He knows bias at least. But like I said before, that is a hard road, and generally reserved for people who dont know any better. These days, exploiting bias is very, very difficult. I dont mean finding the wheel because there are actually enough biased wheels around especially if you know what to look for. I mean the time and effort required, and all the casino needs to do is whip the wheel off the floor because either their software detected a problem, or you are noticed betting the same number again and again for thousands of spins. Weeks of work are wasted. The only viable way is team play, but even then there are too many problems. It does not make sense for any professional to take harder roads.
So can can anyone answer my question
