You are on the  right track. This was done  during WW II  when spies posted    numbers   on the roulette  layout passing along  messages. I believe this  occured at the Lisbon , Portugal casino.

This one's good, but it didn't come from Mars:

1 unit on numbers 17, 20, 0, and 00

2 units on numbers 8, 29, the st dozen, 3rd dozen, column A, and column C

4 units on 11/14, 16/19, 18/21, and 23/26 split

5 units on numbers 4, 6, 31, and 33

416 total chip count using 104 units of 4

Norm,

Please come back and post up all the ideas you wish, once you've actually made a live wager in a real casino.

  Thank you.
