anyone who cannot see the fallacy of "hit and run" has a serious problem with logical thinking. here is the only way you can successfully implement a hit and run strategy: plan to go to the casino one time and make one bet with any amount of money (for example say, all the money you ever planned to gamble at roulette in your lifetime-- which would no doubt be a little too late for most people here), and if you win your bet then congratulations-- you have beat the casino with a successful hit and run. (but you'll be back ofcourse.)
this would be kind of like the Englishman who put all of his life savings on red a while back. the fool won, so it was a successful hit and run (but ofcourse he could quickly have lost everything.)
