Title: Testing
Post by: Lohnro on August 12, 2008, 11:53:22 PM
I always seem to do well when I start to test a system. I am not sure why this ALWAYS happens, but when trying something new, it always works. Then tanks. I don't know why I always catch these systems on the up-curve, get my hopes up, then the system tanks.  >:(

This is the reason I test systems for a LONG time to discover what the upside is, and especially what is expected on the downside!

I am sure it must be the opposite for other people out there?

Lohnro

You are not alone.  This seems to be a phenomena without cause.  I have tested so many systems only to find them tanking after 3 or 4 hundred spins.  Possibly I'm quitting on the system; giving up too soon.

Totally agree with you Lohnro,

everytime I test something new, it's like a HG, but after a while, it slowly shows it's true colors.

Spot on - you always get all excited, start dreaming about your new work-free rich lifestyle, etc., ...then, 5 or 10 sessions later, the dream is shattered and it's back to the drawing board. What I'm currently working on has won 36 sessions out of 40, and won every session since I tweaked it (10 sessions ago). Yet I'm just waiting for it to go wrong again any session now.... >:D

Hi starstar  - It's not worth me explaining it yet as I'm still testing, tweaking and looking for ways to improve, but I will put it on this site soon. Anyway, as I expected did lose a session since tweaking it, but overall it's still winning average of 9 from 10 sessions  ;D.
