Title: Slow motion roulette video
Post by: Steve on February 16, 2012, 08:56:04 PM
This is a video of 300fps. The recorded that does this does up to 1000fps but it is overkill:

Hello Steve,

Very good video , the ball enters the wheel by nr. 30 and lands in nr. 17 , so that is 31 pockets ahead.

Is this more or less always the same or not.....

Have a nice weekend

It varies considerably. There are many factors depending on ball, rotor speed, where the ball loses momentum. I used the slow motion video to better understand scatter and how to manage it with my computers. On some spins, the ball is stopped dead with barely any bounce. Those are the spins you are best to target from an accuracy perspective.
