They have problem to refund money if your bets are rejected. It happened few times on slingshot especially low limit. I spent lots of times chatting with customer support people and they played dumb at the beginning but i got refund. it happened 3 or 4 times about 2 weeks ago.

A warning regarding SmartLive's dubious practices has been recently posted in the CasinoMeister site, so watch out.

It's crystal clear having read the report from casino meister , smart live casino are sore loosers for sure , looks like if you get lucky and win a few grand you may probably fail to get paid the full amount. What scum bags and i thought they were good casino.
Has anyone else had similar problems with Smartlive, this one was recommended to me as a reliable casino. I usually avoid casinos that are mentioned by Casinomeister.
Casinomeister has affiliate links. thats why I created reportcasinos.com but I had to change the site layout a few days ago so there isnt much there yet. My site wont have any affiliate links as a strict rule
and yes there have been numerous complaints about smartlive but I havent moved them yet
OK, thanks Steve.
I don't recommend any one play at smart live casino. I have no doubt what so ever they do actually cheat . The way they cheat is clever and there is no way to prove they cheat but trust me they are not to be trusted. The air ball wheel must be avoided at all costs, this thing is totally unbeatable in every way shape and form. You can't win on it because it cheats - simple..
100% correct Kingspin - As I've mentioned numerous times elsewhere Smart Live use Cammergh wheels. The Cammergh site reveals how their airball wheels cheat. In particular their RSS360 model. RSS stands for Random Rotor Speed (hi tech speed controlling electric motors).
Combine that with air jet holes in the ball track & they can land the ball on any number. It's all there on their site even pictures of the same air wheels that Smart Live has. They've modded their site to what it used to be in that less info is written but it's in the video demo part.
As always airball is allowed to legally cheat as they ain't roulette but RNG and classified by gambling authorities Worldwide as Electronic Gaming Machines = EGM's. RNG slots are EGM's.
It's all available to see on any gaming authorities site. Tough to join all the dots amongst the 100's of pages. I spent heaps of hours on it about 1 1/2 years ago. A few forum members basically said I was wrong & didn't know what I was talking about & that air/auto wheels are a fair game ? Let the player beware.
After playing for a bit on Smartlives airball I am of the opinion Ausguy might be right about them cheating. The experience was not that great once my bets got a bit higher. I wasn't using progressions, just varying my bets as my BR increased over time. Stick to live roulette if you can. Give the airball a miss.
