Title: Where's the chat room?
Post by: MattyMattz on May 08, 2012, 11:59:21 AM
I know I've been gone a while, but I miss the chat room function this site used to have.

Well there is no chatroom anymore. I's been disabled for a while i think.

By the way, i remember you were fond of Kimo Li's strategies when you were around not so long ago.
You comented you are not playing roulette nowadays. It was of no use your knowledge of Kimo Li's teachings?
I believe you can do pretty good with your four leaf clover strategy in the challenge and real casinos.
Give it a twist adding up Global Stars (pinwheels strategy) and you could improve your bet selection.
Just an idea.

Cheers,
Carlos.

Hey Carp,

yeah don't play roulette anymore as I've come to the conclusion that there are better games at the casino to play for money (such as poker and craps).

Kimo's stuff was very interesting, but really all it is is a tracking system.  The matrixes can also help indentify trends and such.  Whether those trends = profits... that's not my call.

PS - too bad the chats gone - I miss shooting the breeze with some of you folks.

"but really all it is is a tracking system."

Hello All.....

I raised the above issue on several occasions.  Kimo Li once called me a "playground bully" because I put him on the spot.  My question was and always has been:  Now that we know all this, what do we do?

Back in the days when Gamlet posted on these forums, he proposed the idea of hot sectors. Gamlet said exactly what to do.  KonFuSed wrote a tracker program for his ideas, but it only tracks one sector and it should track about four or five.

Now, suppose the wheel is doing a "bow tie".  I know what it is; I have both books.  Do we bet "bow tie", "anti bow tie", "bow tie at a ninety-degree angle to the last bow tie or what? Any way you look at it you are betting a sector pattern and the wheel will do exactly as it wishes.  Do we bet for a bow tie to morph into a nuke?

The G.U.T.is also a tracking system as it tracks 0vs1, 1vs2 and so on.  It just tracks all possible sectors/crossings.  (Up to 3vs>3)

"Oh, no!  I've said too much!"

Sounds like a song.......

It probably pays to keep things simple.

A to B is the simplest route. Why add C, D, E and so on. The more numbers added on for tracking just leads to more unneccessary and cumbersome calculations. You might as well forget C and the rest if you can't get A to B to work.

Sam,

I wish I could give you the all-elusive answer, but I'm not that lucky either.  As I'm sure you remember as a fellow tester, I tested the crap outta Kimo's stuff.  My only conclusion was it would be handy at a live table to track with sector was hot, and possible a bias wheel or even dealer signature (Kimo would say that a consistant bowtie pattern could indicate the dealer's throw pattern... or something like that).

That being said, I played roulette online alot and have all the tracking device I need so I couldn't find a practical use for most of Kimo's stuff.  If you watch the challenge going on, it'll be interesting to see how I do, since I'm doing a ton of random stuff with Kimo's numbers.  Sure the numbers I picked are associated with his matrixes, but how/when I choose to use them has nothing to do with stuff he's talked about.

With both Gamlet and the G.U.T.--and with about everything else I've tried--what you select fails and what you omit wins.  That is why with the G.U.T. I even bet crossing of 3vs>3 when it was only one or two numbers.  Sometimes they hit and boosted the bankroll where I could continue.  I sometimes bet three crossings or, with Gamlet, two or three sectors.  Is it hard to keep track of??  Absolutely.  But it can be done.

Guess I was a bit rough!  Frankly, I don't think anyone has the all-elusive answer.  I think there are people who want you to think they have the all-elusive answer and when you ask them for help, they insinuate if you were not so dumb you would figure it out for yourself.  They are blessed with an esoteric knowledge that only the elite seem to posses.  Yet if you challenge them to a fair test of their knowledge, they come with pitch forks and torches.

Still a bit rough.......

I'll get better.....

Sam,

think you are spot on (although Kimo was always nice when I asked him questions, never came off egotistical or anything).

I tried Kimo Li's methods and never had any success either. If I had a dollar for every hour testing the methods I would have accumulated a fair sum of money  ...................................

Lucky that I never played with real money.
