Title: Unbeatable System
Post by: leroy on August 23, 2014, 11:32:17 PM
The title is intriguing, isn't it? Is it possible?

The how is in designing a mechanical strategy that wins more than it losses and when it losses it moves to a different bet, always absorbing losses. Mechanical has to be the way because betting for, or against, previous spins is madness. Sure, statistics mandate that outcomes eventually even out but if you happen to be on the wrong side of even you will loose your bank.

Perhaps betting a dozen or color will repeat after one has not repeated in 10 spins might work but when you are on red and black has shone 12 times in a row, or betting on Doz1 when it has slept 12 times in a row, you to will swear the wheel is cursed, so betting on an outcome based on cold or hot or probability will break you one day

Lets start out assuming you are gambling with money you worked for and because of this you are happy placing a $5 bet to win $1 every spin. You know you will get 20-30 spins per hour online at a live dealer wheel so $20-$30 per hour is good because in one week you can increase your bet units and use the casinos money.

The Bet at $1 Units

2 Units on 1st Dozen
3 units on High

A win gives $1 profit. 7 numbers out of the 37 are not covered.

On a loss we move to the Lines to make up the lost covering 11 out of 12 which then gives a loss on 4 out of 37 numbers. A $1 bet on 11 out of 12 Lines returns $1 profit on a win.

A light progression is the key? Where and how much? Do I fold winnings on a progression into the next bet to recoup faster? Do I place the first bet and the second bet together on a loss to recoup faster?
***
Your thoughts? What would you do?

Is a progression advisable on the first bet before moving to the second?

Is a progression advisable on the second bet before accepting the loss?

Is there a better $5 bet that returns $1 profit covering 30 out of 37 numbers?

Is there a better $11 bet that returns $1 profit covering 33 out of 37 numbers?

This method shows up  once in a while only to be  discarded again. No  seasoned roulette player  would  touch it.

A lot of views but no feed back yet.

The title was "Unbeatable"!

Perhaps a verrrry long progression might be better.

What do you think the merits are of these three ND?

Double Streets
1111 2222 444 888 10 12 14 17 20 (125 units)

or maybe a Single Street?

11111111111 22222 3333 444 55 66 77 8 9 10 (107 units)

Or: how often will a DS sleep? What are the odds of one sleeping 15 spins?

1,1,1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,4,5,6,7,8

respective profit
5,4,3,2,1,5,3,1,4,1,3,4,4,3,1

respective loss
-1,-2,-3,-4,-5,-7,-9,-11,-14,-17,-21,-26,-32,-39,-47

There are several verrrry long progressions on several plays around 100 units. What is your opinion on the best?

Another consideration ND...

A bot that will bet when a threshold is established.

red/black after 7
Odd/Even after 18
High/Low after 18
single Dozen after 15
Row after 15 (multiple bets of 2, so if 2 rows go past 15 then it will bet on the other too)
Line after 25 (multiple bets up to 4 - description as above)
Corner after 40 (multiple bets of 6 - description as above)
Trio after 40 (multiple bets of 10 - description as above)
Split after 80
Single after 170

A bot that will track spins and bet after the threshold is reach, using a realistic progression would be a HG?????

Leroy this is an old system and many people know it. It's just another convenient way to play 30 numbers. Similar to playing BLACK+3rd column, or RED+2nd column. It just gives you a psychological certainty because you cover many numbers, But at the end it leads to big losses. Asking for the best progression, is like asking how to build a building on sand. If you want to play 30 numbers you are better off playing 15 random splits and change them every time. You'll get better results than this. It is exactly the same as 2 units on 3rd dozen and 3 units on Low. You only lose with 19-24 just as your case where you lose with 13-18.
If you really like it, then wait till you see 13-18 two times in a row, and then play your system. More time consuming but better chances and you don't need progression.
