This method sounds impressive. But I don't think I quite understand how to play it.
You say track last 24 numbers start playing unhit numbers up to 8. But there is always going to be way more than 8 unhit numbers in 24 spins more like 20 numbers.
So that makes me think I don't understand how to play it.

I can assure you that NO progression will EVER make a winner out of anybody on the long run.
I think the method is something like this.
Check the Dublinbet test permanence.
You mark with red the hit numbers on the table layout and after 24 spins you bet on streets that have 2 numbers unhit till up 8 numbers (4 streets).I do not consider streets with only 1 number unhit.You select the streets in random form, but I follow the reading of the table layout from up to down.And as numbers hit you remove those numbers and began to add new numbers if you see a new cicle begins (past 40 spins).If you begin with 8 numbers at some point you can be betting on 5,6 or 7 numbers.
But at some point you must stop and begin new game.

This method is worth to test it more.I found some similarities with methods developed by Alessandro Diodoro based on the Law of the Third.This method uses the 24 spin previous tracking,the random type selection numbers and the 40 spin cycle taken from Diodoro.
You must use 16 step progression for 8,7,6 and 5 numbers -4 different progressions (from 25 spin to 40 spin).
I think you don´t use betting on less or equal than 4 numbers.

I like methods that use the law of the third as a basis.
I try quite a few. I normally look at a results board and try to use a method that would have been working on previous numbers. If its not playing well I try another.
